The agency code you register is your control user ID. This ID allows you to set up and manage additional users for your offices and/or staff. Each agency or master code has only one control ID. If your code has already been registered, a user ID should be created for you by your control ID manager.

Keep your control ID secure. Additional user IDs with unique passwords should be used to access the Web site. (These can be shared and used by different people at the same time.) To protect your organization and policy data, the control ID can change the password for user IDs it creates or delete the user IDs.
