Registration

Agents can have three kinds of IDs: a control, admin and work. The control ID is registered first by a trusted member of your staff. Only one control ID can be registered per agency or master code. Your control ID can create work and admin user IDs for your agency. Work IDs can be used for each staff member to manage policies. Work IDs cannot create additional user IDs, but they can reset their own passwords. Admin IDs can also be used to manage policies, but Admin IDs can create and manage additional user IDs.

To register your control ID, you will need your agency code and your tax ID to ensure that the ID is being created by your agency. Your user ID must be unique and contain at least 4 characters (letters and/or numbers). Your password must contain at least 8 characters. We suggest that you use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers or symbols. Passwords are case sensitive.

We recommend that you keep your control ID confidential and assign additional user IDs for your employees. Additional user IDs have their own passwords and can be deleted if necessary. If you have a master code to combine several agency codes, you can also specify whether additional user IDs see policies for all of your agency codes or just one. Register Now

You can change contact information and passwords for your user ID and any user ID that you create. Once you have logged in, go to "User ID Management" on the Agency Home page to do this. Please keep in mind that changing the phone number will only change the phone number for the ID manager, not for the agency.

Your policy information is secure. To ensure that it stays secure, your user IDs should be managed as people join and leave your agency. You can change the password for any user ID at any time or you can delete the user ID completely. This is also done through "User ID Management" on the Agency Home page. Log In Now.
