What are my vehicle repair options?

No one ever thinks it will happen to them, but when an accident does occur, Unitrin Specialty is here to help. We offer fast, friendly claim service and several options to get your vehicle repaired based on the coverage you purchased with your policy.

Gold Standard Repair Program.

In selected states, you may elect to take your vehicle to one of our Gold Standard Repair Program shops. You schedule the vehicle inspection and repairs directly with the shop. For more information about this program, contact your adjuster.

Additional repair options.

If you prefer to take your vehicle to a repair facility of your choice, Unitrin Specialty will gladly arrange for an appraiser to inspect the damages to your vehicle at the shop, your home or your workplace.
